Welcome to Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and communications. By booking travel through Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

1. Booking Terms

Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co acts as an independent travel advisor affiliated with a host agency. We serve as an intermediary between you (“the Client”) and the travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. When you book with us, you authorize us to make reservations and payments on your behalf.

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the individual travel suppliers. It is your responsibility to review and understand those terms before confirming any booking.

2. Payments & Fees

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. A deposit may be required to secure reservations, with final payments due based on the supplier’s deadlines. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposits.

Service fees may apply for research, booking, itinerary changes, cancellations, or concierge-level planning. You will be informed of any applicable fees before services are rendered.

3. Changes & Cancellations

All change and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Change fees or penalties may apply depending on the supplier’s policy. Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co is not responsible for fees charged by suppliers or for changes resulting from supplier schedule modifications or cancellations.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking

  • Reviewing your itinerary and travel documents upon receipt

  • Meeting all travel document requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, or identification

  • Arriving at airports, cruise ports, and tour meeting points on time

Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co is not liable for denied boarding, missed connections, or other issues arising from your failure to meet these responsibilities.

5. Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather delays, political instability, public health concerns, natural disasters, or force majeure events. Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses caused by such events.

We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or loss of personal belongings. Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the booking in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The parties agree to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to litigation.

8. Privacy

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By confirming a booking with Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
