Hi, I’m Sara — a wife, mom of two, and your personal travel planner with a heart for helping families create lifelong memories.
Magnolia + Sunshine Travel Co. was born out of my love for joyful, intentional travel and the people I love most. I chose the name because it reflects the heart of who I am and why I do what I do. “Magnolia” is for my daughter. It’s a name full of beauty, Southern charm, and strength. “Sunshine” represents my son, Eli. I’ve sung “You Are My Sunshine” to him since he was a baby, and it reminds me of something even deeper: the calling Jesus gives us in Matthew 5:14 to be the light of the world. This business is my way of sharing that light and bringing joy, encouragement, and meaningful experiences into families’ lives.
As a lifelong Disney fan, I know how magical these moments are. The first time your child sees Cinderella Castle, the look of awe when a character gives them a hug, or the peaceful joy of watching the sunset from a cruise ship balcony. But I also know how overwhelming planning can feel, especially when you’re juggling family life, work, and everyday chaos.
That’s why I created this business: to make family vacations simple, personalized, and joy-filled without the stress.
I specialize in Disney destinations, Universal Studios, family cruises. Every trip I plan is tailored to your family’s unique needs, preferences, and pace. I offer step-by-step guidance, concierge-style service, and a whole lot of heart.
